We are “In-Network” providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BC/BS) PPO, Blue ChoicePPO, United Health Care networks, and Aetna and will submit claims to your insurance company. However, you are responsible for any portion of the claim not reimbursed by your insurance. Center for Musculoskeletal (MSK) Care is “Out-of-Network” with all other insurance providers. Payment is expected at the time of service. Please note that upon request Center for MSK Care will provide receipts/super bill for patients to self-submit for reimbursement. Services such as acupuncture, therapeutic massage, as well as nutritional or rehab products are generally not covered health benefits.
